Isaiah53.net is a personal project which I've been anticipating
the start of for some time now. Its the third in a series of Christian
content web sites I've begun since 1997, the others being SonServer.com
and PreTribulation.com
Why Isaiah 53 ? Well, in my opinion it is one of the most amazing
passages of the Old Testament (Tanakh to the Jews) foretelling the
sacrificial death of the coming Messiah hundreds of years in advance.
To this day Jews refute this interpretation of the passage, but
that shouldn't be of any surprise. For the last two thousand years
most Jews have denied that Jesus is the Messiah whom they've been
waiting for three thousand years or so. However, the Jewish denial
does not change the fact that the Jews are God's "chosen people"
and He has a very well defined plan for His chosen people which
is yet to be fulfilled. The number of Jews whose eyes are being
opened to the Truth by the Spirit of God is growing each and every
day. It is also my opinion that this plan, which rapidly unfolds
in the 'Last Days' or the 'End Times' has not only begun, but is
very close to reaching a dramatic conclusion marking the end of
an era as written of in both the book of Daniel and Revelation.
Whoever has said, "The Bible is boring" has either never
read it, or has had no understanding of what they were reading.
